Procedure of a Shiatsu Session

A treatment lasts 60 minutes* and includes the following procedure:
The treatment begins with a conversation to determine your needs.
Then we continue in comfortable clothing on the futon, where I first perceive the energy state in the hara (the energy centre in the abdomen) and adjust the treatment accordingly.
Various techniques such as acupressure, stretches, rotations etc. are used. The energy flow is harmonised again to stimulate the body's self-healing powers.
Finally, we sit down together again briefly to reflect on the treatment.
*An anamnesis is carried out the first time, which is why more time is required, approximately 75 minutes.
If required, I also incorporate elements from other methods into my treatments, such as Gua Sha, cupping, Tok Sen, moxa, tiger warmer, traditional medical Thai massage, herbal ball (herbal stamp).
