I have always had a fine antenna for atmospheres and the condition of others and have been able to perceive them well.  Growing up in the countryside, I was able to spend a lot of time in nature, where my curiosity for natural and humanities topics was awakened. I was already fascinated by essential questions at a tender age. My great thirst for knowledge to find answers to these questions and to understand man as part of nature has taken me on a long journey. This is how I came to Shiatsu through many teachings and life lessons.

Shiatsu has taught me to trust my self-perception and intuition, to set boundaries and thus to stay better centered. Shiatsu, whose philosophy has its origins in Daoism, has become my philosophy of life.

In November 2022, I completed my 4-year training as a complementary therapist using the Shiatsu method ( industry certificate OdA KT) . This in-depth training enriches me with a broad range of knowledge that I can incorporate into my treatments.

 

Other valuable methods such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Focusing are also integrated into my treatments in order to be able to support my clients even better in their ongoing process. An activity that is very fulfilling for me.
